The Camden County Educational Technology Training Center and Camden County Technical Schools have been awarded a grant for the Assistive Technology for Students With Disabilities Training Project, #02000353, for the Southern Region (level 1).  This grant is in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education, the Office of Special Education Programs, the Office of Education Technology and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act-Part B (IDEA-B).

The goal of this project is to provide awareness and professional development for classroom teachers, special education teachers, and directors of special education, other school personnel and parents relating to the use of adaptive technology in the classroom.

 

Inspiration and Kidspiration for Reading , Writing and Language Arts Literacy

MM608H - Cost : $105. Per Participant

Description : Inspiration and Kidspiration are powerful visual learning tools that inspire students in grades K-12 to develop ideas and organize thinking. Integrated diagramming and outlining environments work together to help students comprehend concepts and information. Diagram view makes creating and modifying concept maps, webs, idea maps and other graphical organizers easy. During this workshop, the participants will learn how to navigate both software packages and see how this software can be integrated across the curriculum.
